Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Physical books: Must be returned in their original condition (unread, undamaged, and in original packaging).
- Timeframe for Returns:
- Physical books: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items unless defective.
- Condition of Returns:
- Returned items must include all components and any promotional items received.
- Return method : By mail (Return label will send to client email)

Refunds
